I recently went to Charette Cosmetics for a Level I chemical peel. This was my first time going there (or a med spa in general). The results are still pending as I'm on day 5 and Jordynn was a sweetheart. One thing I didn't appreciate was the lack of transparency on the products and the cost for that. Yes, beauty is an investment, but it would've been great to get clarity before walking to check out about the additional price that was not discussed during consultation or procedure. In addition, I thought there would be a more thorough review of my skin under the light versus recommending a Level I peel off rip, but I'm hopeful to see what the results look like following post treatment.
