Trish is amazing !! She is experienced, confident in the work that she does. She is so kind and personable, she is honest. I fully trust her. I originally came here for Botox (never had it done before). I ended up getting micro needling instead, she informed me there was a better way to get the results I wanted without adding fillers. I really appreciate her for that. I feel she really cares, and is passionate about her work and the treatment of patients. 10/10. The entire staff is great.

I have been going to Chapter in Orchard Park for over a year. My skin has never looked better and brighter I have gotten microneedling, Cool Peels, hydra facials and xeomin. TRISH is an outstanding NP. She just gets you. So friendly that you could talk to her for hours. Totally understands your concerns and wants the best outcome always. If you have been contemplating finding a med spa look no further. This office is always clean and sparkling and staff is welcoming, plus your monthly membership goes toward your next service or product. Plus to earn credits on what you spend. No brainer if you ask me

I went with a gift card for a hydra facial. I signed up online for a consultation and more. They Said I only signed up for consultation and didn’t have time for me to do anything else that day besides maybe Botox. I didn’t ask for Botox. Everyone was very nice but also passive aggressively pushy. I only asked for information on microneeding and was told I needed laser treatment and could add microneedling and hydrafacial. Something called Trilogy. This was $3000! And I had to get special pads to use before hand that cost extra. And they tried selling me products. All this after I said I was there for a facial only and do not typically do these kinds of things. I felt so uncomfortable and overwhelmed. I’m giving away my gift card my mother bought me. Paige always does an amazing job. She takes the time to answer questions and will recommend services if asked. she is very professional and I always leave feeling great!

Tried this place after finding out they had introductory specials for new guests, half off! It is a clean, bright studio, very inviting. I was greeted by a nice girl and she even took my coat! I had Jill for my appointment, and she was fabulous, explained everything to me and even offered some extra advise. They do have membership opportunities that would be good for someone that wants to go more regularly. They offer plenty of options ranging from cool sculpting, Botox, facials, laser hair removal to laser vein treatment. A one-stop shop for all your face and body needs. It was a painless process and they offer a free two-week follow-up to ensure you are happy with your results, at least for what I had done. The regular prices are a little high, and may be the only reason I wouldn't retur
