Chapter Aesthetic Studio

The aesthetic of the office is so lovely and delightful. I was immediately offered a drink of my choice, and the studio manager was warm and welcoming. I met with my practitioner and we reviewed all of the solutions to help solve my (wrinkly) problems. While my procedure was somewhat uncomfortable at times, my practitioner was always able to ease the discomfort. I totally recommend this place 💖

Walked into the salon and was immediately greeted by the OWNER herself who showed that she cares deeply about being involved with her clients/customers. I was getting lip filler and the RN who did it was patient, thorough, and overall delightful. The studio was clean and well organized. I will definitely be returning.

I underwent a CoolPeel laser treatment for dark spots on my face, costing $2,623.12. At the time of consultation, I was assured that the treatment would completely remove my dark spots and leave my skin clear and even. Based on that commitment, I decided to go ahead with the procedure and even took out a credit line loan to cover the cost. After completing three CoolPeel sessions and three chemical peels, I did not notice any visible improvement. My dark spots remain exactly the same as before the treatment. When I raised this concern during my final session, I was told that I would need to pay for additional treatments to see results — which was never mentioned at the beginning.
