I had the worst experience at this clinic today. Despite calling ahead to explain I was running 12 minutes late due to severe weather conditions (10 inches of snow! The roads were not very clear to drive. I was treated with utter disrespect upon arrival. The receptionist made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in, emphasizing my tardiness and implying my appointment couldn't be accommodated. Considering I drove 40 minutes through treacherous conditions to get there, their dismissive attitude was infuriating. It felt like a complete waste of my time, gas, and energy. Furthermore, I sensed an underlying prejudice in their behavior. I will never return to this establishment and advise others to avoid it as well. This place has really gone down hill since they first came to town. I used to have a membership but left after they changed the membership, to cost more and include less items. I go to another place in town and I absolutely love them! I cheated on my regular facial girl and returned to Chapter because I had a little money left in my old membership. I called to schedule and specifically asked for extractions. I was told over the phone that yes extractions were an add-on I could add for an additional cost. Perfect! Sign me up! I was told there were other add-ons I could add too. Ok great but I really want extractions. Upon arrival the nurse asked what the note in my file was about extractions. Julia was amazing. She came up with a plan that was perfect for me! She's an amazing injector and I highly recommend her.And chapter aesthetics!! She was so kind and talked through everything.

I LOVE this studio! The nurses are so knowledgeable on their products and treatments. I’ve done the Cool Peel treatment and it’s done wonders for my skin. Their products have also made a huge difference in my skin because they’re medical grade and dermatologist tested. You’re in good hands here!
