I had such a wonderful experience at Chapter Studio in Cicero, New York. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I’ve typically done Botox in the past, but with the guidance and expertise of Maura, the fabulous NP, I felt completely confident trying Xeomin instead. She took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and never once made me feel like I was being upsold or pressured into anything. I had a very pleasant experience at Chapter Aesthetic Studio. I have had lip filler previously done at a different practice, but I personally felt like I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I decided to try going to Chapter instead, and I have 0 regrets. Mari was my injector. She was super personable and attentive to what I was hoping to achieve with lip filler. She made me feel very comfortable and seemed confident she could “correct” my lips to my liking, and she deserves her flowers because I am so happy with my results. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever! I’ve been getting Botox and lip filler for 2.5 years from chapter studio in Cicero NY and never had an issue. I had services from the same injector every time and was absolutely wonderful with no issues! Well this time was different my injector no longer worked there. I was seen by a new girl who clearly was inexperienced. Before I even left the my appointment I knew something was not gonna be right. First off, no pics were taken before the treatment. I told her I wanted my forehead, frown lines, eye brow lift and a lip flip. Secondly, she started injecting me and I could feel the botox running down my face. OK, I waited over a month after my appointment to leave a review because I wanted to fully digest it and not post an emotional response. This studio‘s business model is like Mary Kay the entire time that you’re there. They’re trying to sell you something and it’s not only a one time sale that they’re trying to get you to do. They want you to sign up to a monthly plan and one that you cannot get a refund back on if you decide you don’t want to continue They’re about $20-$30 less expensive for a Hydro facial than a more premium spa, but I would happily pay the extra money to actually have a restful relaxing experience that doesn’t push sales the entire time. Got my first facial at Chapter Aesthetic Studio, Krista did my facial. She was cool. She kept it chill, walked me through what she was doing, and actually made the whole thing relaxing. Place is clean, professional, and fancy, just comfortable. Eliza at the front was cool too — friendly and made check-in easy. Very good first experience, I’m definitely going back.
