I will be contacting The Owner Cooperate and whomever else . I walks in the store and pick up some mousse . I'm from another state first time patronizing with this store. I needed something to use for one day . I ask the lady behind the counter was that the smallest size mousse they had she was Chinese she wasn't sure she asked another young lady the young lady she asked ignored her the first two times she walked over a second time . She was at the register talking to another young lady but obviously customer service is not important. I asked where was wax stick the manager said to the Chinese lady top shelf 6th row but was looking at the Chinese lady so I didnt think she was talking to me because I had ask the chinese lady and she answered the Chinese so I wasn't sure if the Chinese lady

This use to be my go-to for hair so I decided to take a 30 minute ride after so many years of not coming. Quickly found out they didn't have what I was looking for but decided to browse anyway. Here's where this visit is now my last visit. I noticed a young man staring at me intently and I thought, nah he cant possibly think I'm stealing. Turns out he did because when I moved, he moved. The only pocket I have on is my hoodie pocket which I kept my hands in almost entirely and my purse is small. I asked him was he following me and of course he didn't answer. I want this to be known, if it wasn't for the black community patronage in this store and all the others, you guys would be bankrupt! There are hardly ever if any, white faces shopping in your stores so the fact that you racially profil

Horrible experience. I arrived at 7:48pm and they would not let me in. Even though there hours online show that they close at 8pm. I called and the front desk receptionist told me she would not allow me in even though it was not 8pm and there were several other customers inside. I had to drive all the way to JK Beauty supply on South Hairston. They honored the hours that they post online and allowed me to purchase the item I needed. They had wonderful customer service. If you need a beauty supply store JK Beauty is an amazing place to shop and they are open until 8:30pm!

Sadly to say, the multi faceted supply chain has one bad apple that spoils all the others. Purchased a 246 asked for 1B, realized it was 1. Went back to exchange not looking for the money or credit. Just to exchange for the 1B. Mgr was adamantly rude and insisted on "No." And no intention on satisfying me as a customer. They should be removed from this community because I know 99.9%of their household is fed by us !!! Dont shop there!

Update 2022 This wig store has a great selections, but does not allow you to try on wigs anymore or give military discounts. Fortunately, I have found others beauty supply stores that give military discounts and let you try on wigs. I will not shop here anymore. 2020 When entered the store I in was in awe. This is such an organized store.There are 3 separate check out. This location have everything an an inclusive beauty store would have to include:make up,hair supplies, wigs,jewelry purse, trendy Jean's, fashionable tshirts to name a few.
