I have been here in the past & have always felt a negative energy...but today going to get my hair colored & cut..I must say it was the worst experience.! I could just feel nothing but negative energy all around me.! they don't even acknowledge you when you go in..they have you sit there without saying anything..! so unprofessional! I will never be back at this place & do not recommend to anyone.. let me not forget to mention that my hair looks so choppy in the color looks horrible😔 to be honest I would like to see their certifications because I see none!! I will be making a report of this.!

TERRIBLE, UNHYGIENIC & UNPROFESSIONAL I took my girls for a blowout and pedicure. What a total waist of money! They did not wash their hair let alone blow dry it straight. Instead, they flat ironed they're unwashed hair and charged me $80 for a shotty job. I had to point out large strans of wavy hair that have not been flat ironed straight! Charging for blowout and not washing their hair is unethical and just not done in a respectable salon. The pedicures were an even worse experience! The technician is extremely unprofessional. She's rough and I seriously question her qualifications. She removed the nail polish off our toes by sanding it off! No point did she use nail polish remover. They only have 10 colors to choose from. Charging top dollar and only offering10 colors for professiona
