I had an appointment and was seen immediately at my scheduled time . I loved the attention to the detail of my hair. The shop was also very clean and clean quiet . Marie was my braider . Prices a bit higher than some of the other braiders and braider did stop to attend to a walk in who wanted a quick style which I’ve experienced with numerous other salons - but still overly satisfied. Also , Marie was a hair stylist for 15 years prior to braiding, so she even was gentle during the blow drying prior to my braiding -working in small sections to detangle and combing from the ends up to the roots with a wide tooth comb.Quality braidi

Grace is the absolute TRUTH! She is very delightful and cheerful. She is practical and listens very well to what you want. She is creative and regardless of what you ask for, she will add a flare of glamour to the style. You can expect many compliments! Also, I am over 55 years of age and she does not braid my hair so tight that I cannot tolerate it like so many have done. The braids are tightly performed, but she takes into consideration that you may be "tender-headed". Communicate with her and she listens. She also has flexibility in her hours to accommodate your needs. Prices are affordable. You do not have to supply your own hair unless you have something extremely specific. Chantel is a good person and seems to know what she’s doing—but unfortunately, the other workers at this salon are extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don’t know how to do a style, instead of communicating that, they get upset and defensive. I brought my daughter in for boho knotless braids at 9:30 a.m., and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all my years dealing with hair braiding. When I pointed out that the braids weren’t being done correctly, the worker got an attitude and said she wasn’t going to finish the style. Then they claimed there was no one else available to complete it. Beyond disappointed. I have been to this shop many times and have been pleased with my hair in spite of often having to wait long after my appointment time. However my last visit was beyond the worst. I will never go back to this shop again. The stylist was rude, rough on my head, and had an attitude when I questioned the crochet technique compared to the picture I showed her of the style i wanted. She was eager to finish my hair because a number of walk-ins wanted to get their hair done. Not to mention she was hour and half late. I stressed to the owner and the stylist my concern about the style.
