I usually don’t like making reviews like this , but this hair suite/ salon is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. first off her suite was extremely messy … I came to get a silk press and at the end she told me my total was $165 … for a silk press so I asked for the price break down she told it’s $120 because my hair is thick .. and 45 for a trim so I’m ehh can I get a receipt, I never received a receipt nor did she reach back out to me, and on top of everything , the trim/ cut she gave me made my hair uneven so now need to find a stylist to fix this mess , she left me on read when I asked for a receipt very telling as a hair salon I just seen your response first off I never been to hair cuttery I said I was thinking about it cuz I don’t even wear my natural hair I wear style. you messed my hair

I got my hair relaxed cut and styled by Kim today. My hair looks amazing after years of trying other stylist. Finally got it right. I love my hair and Kim. Thanks again

I took my daughter to Kim for a silk press and trim. She was available and did an amazing job omg my daughter loves it and you will not be disappointed. Please come check her out! You will love it and she does excellent work her hair is bouncing and full of body.

Kim is amazing! She made me look so good, my baby didn’t recognize me! Lol. She has a great personality! We had tons of laughs. She changed my hair color way better than I envisioned! I appreciate her coming back to the shop to take me even though I didn’t have an appointment! That’s the real customer service. She was patient with my hair and never once treated my hair like a job… you can tell she has the passion to take care of our hair! Amazing job and I’m beyond happy! Thank you Kim!

Kim is amazing, I got my hair relaxed, colored, and cut!! She did amazing and it looks beautiful. She took her time and she was very soft with my tendered hair.
