Marsha has been highlighting and cutting my hair since 1996. I have loyalty because of the amazing service and experience I have through the Changes salon. In early 2022, my daughter, Claire joined the salon. Through her attention to detail and true artistic talent she is building her own loyal clientele. Check out her Instagram @claire__creates. I visited Changes as a new client for a haircut and balayage, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The balayage was chunky and uneven when I conveyed I was seeking a feathered natural look. The color also turned out orange/yellow. The haircut left holes in the fullness that did not reflect a symmetrical cut all around. My face framing pieces were not pulled all the way down and left a blunt end between my layers. A surprising finish to this all was the pricing discrepancy. I was quoted $130 when I called to make the apt, but ended up paying over $120 ($250) more than expected. Everyone is friendly with clients. Communicate well in learning what you would like done and offer suggestions for best results. Marsha makes my hair look so great! Katie did an awesome job with my nails and even handle painted the big "O" for buckeyes on my bling nail. Spectacular!!
