Change bridge nail and spa

Cecilia always does an amazing job doing my nails and pays attention to detail. I have been getting UV gel fills with her for a few months now. The salon offers great pedicures, too!

I wish I could give them 5 stars every single time I go! I wouldn’t change this place for anything. ALL the girls are seriously amazing. I go for my dip manicures and gel pedicures, and they always take their time and do such a great job. I walk out happy every time. I moved to NJ from out of state, and I know how hard it is to find a good nail tech, so trust me when I say this place good. I’ve recommended 5 people from my job already, and they all love it too. Highly recommend!!

Sadly, I was actually looking forward to trying this place. Definitely not going back. The place was empty when I went in for my manicure/pedicure. I had to tell the lady who did my pedicure 3 times to stop using the nail file at the bed of my toenails and the surface. There is a tool for this purpose to push the cuticles. Using the nail file damages the bed of nail and the surface of the nails which causes problems later on. A properly trained tech knows that. The lady who did my manicure also went cuticle crazy for reasons unknown since I barely have any cuticles to begin with. She was cutting so deep I started bleeding. Very unpleasant and poor service and experience.

I called to make an appointment for 3:15. The woman on the phone said can you come at 3:30? I said “Unfortunately , no I won’t have enough time to get both services. I have to be somewhere at 4:30. She then proceeded to tell me that I could come at 3:15. I figured I would wait a little bit but ended up waiting a half hour. They made it right by giving me the pedicure and the gel manicure at the same time but it was very unprofessional because they told me they were almost done and they still had about 10 minutes left on each person. I am sure they are great but I was disappointed. I also wasn’t happy with the color on my nails but I ran out of time for them to fix it.

Really a wonderful nails salon, they are thorough and do quality work. Ask you a bunch during the service if it’s what you want and if it isn’t they adjust.
