A white female sales with her hair tied back was very rude. After I placed an order, she would not allow me to try any other perfume flavors except the one I was buying. She actually tried to stop me from exploring or purchasing additional fragrances. In the end, I checked out with another male sales associate.

Came in for some last minute shopping and everyone was kind and attentive to us. Our experience was seamless, Jared provided phenomenal customer service. He went above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of.

The whole team at Legacy West is phenomenal. It's always a great time to visit with friends to learn of the latest tricks and skincare secrets. We cannot recommend this location, and ths group, highly enough. We visit at least once a month just to say hello and top up on our favorite products!

This is a very convenient and well-stocked shop for Chanel Beauty (make up, perfume, sunglasses). What sets them apart is the friendly staff and customer service. Big shout out to Carol for helping us find the perfect product and making solid recommendations. Located on the upmarket Legacy West strip, the boutique has a clean and elegant look. (No, Channel Bags not sold here.)

I was disappointed to find that employees were not on time to open the store today. I stopped by to pick up a package, but couldn’t because staff had not yet arrived. This is inconvenient for customers and reflects poorly on professionalism.
