Ask for Joshua! The whole team was very accomodating and attentative. I felt educated on the products and was in a comfortable environment to ask questions to familiarize myself with the skincare, fragrance and makeup lines. Joshua, in particular, was very patient and knowledgeable. I look forward to working more with him in the future. I have always loved Chanel Beauty products and coming to this specific store in Williamsburg makes me more eager to try out new items.

I enter an establishment with an order from online I expect it to be packed and ready to go. What’s the point of ordering online? 5 people standing around doing nothing and decides to pack my order on arrival after 5 hours? Very rude and dismissive at that. Order online. Disgusting.

Came in to learn more about Chance line and I was treated so well today, I was stoked and felt very informed. I have had a few chances but never really knew much about them and their hints and LIKE im in love and need the entire line now. Thank you for your wonderful service today.

All I have to say is WOW! This fragrance and beauty store is absolutely immaculate and the staff could not be more lovely and welcoming. If you’re in the North end of Williamsburg, you’ve got to stop by and treat yourself 🤍

The BEST Chanel fragrance and beauty boutique out there!! And they have eyewear too!! The manager, Siobhan is beyond amazing. She’s so professional, classy, elegant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I also had the utmost pleasure of being assisted by Mariz and she’s a sweetheart and very, very helpful, as well. The location is incredible, literally in the heart of Williamsburg. They are highly customer service driven here and they allow every and all people to own a little (or very big lol) piece of luxury. Thank you Siobhan, Mariz and the godmother of luxury herself, Chanel.
