I want to take a moment to recognize Katie Peterson for the exceptional experience she gave me during my recent visit. Choosing to come into Chanel was a last-minute decision, and honestly, I felt a bit out of place. I was underdressed and visiting an area known for being very high-class. I also carried a personal hesitation about whether I would truly be seen and welcomed. From the moment Katie assisted me, every one of those worries disappeared. Her knowledge of Chanel products was impressive — she was educated, patient, and thoughtful in how she explained the differences and options, especially as I was trying to decide between perfume and toilette. Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The sales associates were welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. They even helped me perfectly match my lipstick with the right liners, which made my visit feel extra personalized. Overall, the service and attention to detail made this one of the best luxury shopping experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning.

I have only been here a couple times and it’s always a pleasure and very quick because I usually always get the same perfume for my mom for when the holidays or birthdays come up but this past visit, both sales ladies were so kind and even sold me on similar new products that are always fun to gift. Bethani I know helped me and was very nice but I did forget the other ladies name. The location is pretty cozy.

I will never EVER purchase anything from Chanel again. Purchased sunglasses and hydra beauty serum for my step daughter. Got home and she tried the sunglasses on ONCE and she didn’t like them so I tried to return them. Tyler, the manager/director informed me that they had been worn so he couldn’t return them. Mind you, I was well within the 14 day policy and had all the tags, ribbons, receipts…everything. I asked him, so you can’t purchase a gift for someone and they try them on? His response, they have to try on in the store. What store does that?!? I’ve always loved Chanel products but I’ve always purchased from Nordstrom. Not only will I not be shopping at Chanel, I will not buy any of their products anywhere!!! There are too many companies with better products and better custo
