I had the most amazing experience at the Chanel store thanks to Brett! I’ve never worn Chanel makeup before and had ordered the wrong shades online. When I came into the store, Brett greeted me right away and made me feel completely welcome. He patiently helped me find my perfect shades in Le Teint, Les Beiges, and Les Beiges Touch — and I ended up purchasing all three foundations in the right match. I also purchased the powder blush, highlighter, corrector, and some brushes, and I’m so happy with everything. Each product looks flawless and feels so luxurious. If you’re visiting this location, ask for Brett! He’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly fantastic to work with.

Stopped in and decided to buy a Chanel lipstick which was $150. I asked him if the case came with it he said no !!! I researched it and it does come with a protective case does come with it. He did not give it to us and he had an attitude I asked if there was any samples he said there’s none in the store really that surprising and I’m spending $150 for a lipstick Actually, I’m not a happy customer

Nice store, however the “director” of the store is extremely rude, condescending and lacks knowledge on their own products. I asked if the skincare was pregnancy safe and everything went downhill afterwards. Chanel, Please train your employees to learn about their overpriced products they’re trying to force us to buy and how to speak to customers who are genuinely looking for guidance before buying the products. Won’t be coming back.

The sales associate, I think her name is Paloma helped me with my gift packaging requests today, she’s so genuine and sweet. Will definitely go back at Chanel Aventura

I was excited to visit this Chanel store to purchase a lipstick, but the customer service was disappointing. The sales associate who assisted me was neither welcoming nor attentive. Instead of engaging with me, she seemed more focused on her phone. For a luxury brand like Chanel, I expected a much more professional and pleasant experience.
