I had a wonderful experience at CHANEL Boutique. Kavya was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She truly made my visit special and even surprised me with a thoughtful gift to celebrate my graduation, which meant so much to me. The entire boutique staff were friendly, warm, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’m still grinning from ear to ear after my first-ever visit to Chanel beauty counter. I was a bit nervous, worried I'd encounter someone that is a little rude. However, my beauty advisor Elizabeth, was absolute perfection! She welcomed me with a warm smile, made me feel at ease, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect products for me. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling like a queen, loaded up on goodies and feeling so grateful for the experience. Elizabeth truly made my day, and I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a luxurious and exceptional beauty experience.

After shopping at the Chanel City Center location almost monthly, I decided to give the Tysons Corner Chanel another chance. Unfortunately, the experience was no different from my first visit. The employees were cold and unwelcoming. No greeting upon entering, and no offer of assistance while in the store for 20 minutes, despite there being five sales associates available and only one other customer in the store. We practically had to beg for help. After leaving due to the poor experience, we returned to speak with a manager. Surprisingly, the manager acknowledged that this is a recurring issue and mentioned they would review the cameras, which suggests this behavior happens often.
