The service was okay. Nothing special that would make me go back but also not bad. Had an appointment but had to wait because the technician was late. We had not asked for any specific person so that meant that they just did not have anyone there. My husband had to tell his person to actually cut his toenails. She acted like she didn’t know that it needed to be done. My person did a relatively good job and was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was later, after we had left and my feet had time to dry, I felt some roughness left from where the loofah was not used enough. I felt it on one foot but the other was fine. I also paid extra for gel and glow in the dark polish. I did not care at all about having glow in the dark nails but I really liked the color. The service is always excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and they truly care about their clients. The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming every time we visit. Got my nails done by Cristy and absolutely LOVE them. She crushed it and these are truly the best nails I’ve ever had. 100% recommend this salon.

This was my 1st time and spent over $100 for a rushed pedicure and manicure. The French mani was only 1 coating of nail polish; lasted 1 week. The pedi, I should have did at home for $55. I won’t be back. I ended up going 2 weeks later the new Nail Love spa and can’t wait to go back! Champion can learn from Nail Love that it’s not just the intake of clients but the overall service.

This was my third visit to Champions Nail Spa, and once again, I’m very satisfied with the service. Jay has done my nails twice and did a phenomenal job both times. My daughter also had her nails done and was really happy with the results. Today, David did my manicure, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the nail technicians are truly skilled. Highly recommend!
