The male owner of the store who is also the cashier, was rude and pushy, mind you I'm I'm a wheelchair. The only reason that I put up with his nonsense was because it was urgent matter (infected jewelry) and they were the only store open with the body jewelry. I told him to charge my card with credit but he puts debt and say "you don't know your pin?" At this point, I should have canceled my order but I bit my tongue, I had purchased my items and left. I will not be returning. The experience that the store owner made me feel was like I was cheated out of my money. It was first experience with them and the very last. Do not shop with them.

Always friendly! Accomodating! I found the exact product I had been looking for for several weeks and online! I couldn't find it at any other Beauty Supply in town or online. When asked to order 2 more, they gladly went out of their way to get EXACTLY what I had requested. And whenever I call with questions or concerns, they remember my name! I like that!

Owner was very openly racist toward my and my boyfriend, racially profiling us as soon as we walked in. As we shopped for hair he watched us very blatantly as if we were going to steal. I have NEVER stolen anything in my life and it hurts to know that someone who’s primary clientele is African-Americans/ black people would act this way toward his CUSTOMERS. I confronted the man and he gaslit me the entire time. He claimed to not be watching me and honestly he acted like his English wasn’t that good but I could tell he understood but wasn’t use to being confronted. I’m a very sweet person so I genuinely believed that maybe I’d made a mistake but as I continued shopping he continued watching me again.
