Usually, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but the way my mom feels right now makes it impossible to stay quiet—especially because I was the one who took her to try this new salon, and she ended up having a terrible experience. My mom went in for a haircut today, and we were extremely disappointed. The stylist was not only running late to the appointment, but also didn’t listen to what my mom requested. The final result looked nothing like what she asked for. Here are the results compared to the service she requested. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and my mom left feeling upset and frustrated. That should never happen after something as simple as a haircut. We expected better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this salon based on this experience

The Pretty Place never disappoints. Great haircuts, friendly staff, and a professional, welcoming atmosphere every time. Avery always does an excellent job. Easily the best salon experience I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Anaiz did an amazing job on my hair! I was anxious to go from blonde to brunette but she took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere in there is beautiful as well, I couldn’t be happier!

A beautiful and relaxing space. Rachel Coody is amazing as always! The best facial followed by an hour long scalp facial was an incredible experience.
