If I could give zero stars, I would. Potential new clients, consider this a warning! I had been going to C’est La More for years, but my most recent visit was enough to make me walk away for good. I arrived on time for a 5:00 PM appointment and was left sitting with my feet in the water for 30 minutes with no apology, no update, and no acknowledgment. Another customer who arrived after me was helped immediately. When I asked why the customer who arrived after me got immediate service, I was told she had “requested that technician”—an excuse that doesn’t justify ignoring a scheduled appointment. I left frustrated, and when I called afterward, the woman at the front claimed she was the manager and openly told me they “prioritize regulars.” So unless you plan to go weekly, don’t expect ba

I booked with James and I’m super unsatisfied, I usually go to Newhall with Steve and he does amazing work. Steve at newhall paints one nail and confirms it the shape is okay. James did not say one word and did the thickest French tip ever. I showed him a specific picture and he did the total opposite… if you’re going to come here, DON’T. Go to the newhall location. Never again.

I came in here for a basic mani pedi, no extras. First of all when did a basic mani pedi cost $61 before a tip? None of this experience was worth $61. The first thing I said was to please really dig out my cuticles they are so bad. She did the lightest clipping of the cuticles barely touching them so I still have alot of hard cuticles. She put lotion on my hands and arms and barley massaged them then put a dollop of scrub on the palm of my hand and told me to rub it into my hands and arms and then brought a bowl of water and told me to wash off my hands and arms and handed me a towel. If I am giving myself half of the manicure experience then I should have paid half the price. The pedicure was ok i guess, no frills there either. If I could give less than one star I would - I NEVER write reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had and I hope I can save some of you from wasting your money. I went in for my appointment and they had me wait 20 minutes before they were ready for me. I’m very easy-going though so I just brushed it off and went in for my simple acrylic nail fill. The overall experience was OK. The young lady doing my nails scowled at me the whole time and did not say a word. I tried to make some lighthearted conversations but she just rolled her eyes. So we went back to uncomfortable silence, or me listening to her talk to the receptionist. Because she did not have to do any shaping or trimming because I liked my current length and nail shape (easy right?), the overall look was nice. L

Walk in horror story: Me: hi, how much is a gel pedicure? Manager: $47-$50 Me: "okay, I'll do that, thank you" Nail tech: hands me a pamphlet with options, I point to the one that says "Gel Pedicure $46" She gives me a pedicure and I was getting worried because she was doing more things but this was my first time here. My normal place is $40 gel pedicure with a scrub, hot stones and short massage so I didn't know how this place worked. Nail tech gives me a check for $61. I asked her and the manager how my $46 gel pedicure became $61. I got one color, no designs, no fills. The manager was not understanding and forced me to pay.
