Haven't had a Ft. Lewis cut in a long time and now they have gotten better! Cesar is a great shop, and anytime I am down from Oak Harbor, I will definitely be stopping in. The price was great and the tip was bigger!

Every time my husband makes an appointment he has to wait 30mins to an hour after his initial appointment time. The haircut isn’t worth the time and the money anymore. He does a great job but he has poor time management and needs to do better at time and making sure people aren’t waiting a whole hour for a haircut.

I walked in on Sun Jan 4th 2026. This was the biggest mistake of life. I received a haircut so bad, that I don’t want to show my face in public. I do not want to go to work. I don’t want my girlfriend to see me. I don’t want my friends and family to see me. I was charged $38.00 for the haircut. I tipped $6.00. I can’t show my face no where.

Highly recommend Cesar's Barber Shop. Cesar is my 5 year old son's barber. He makes my son feel very comfortable and always gets his cut right! Reasonable price too. Cesar has even cut my 3 yo daughter's hair giving her a super cute haircut. He's very patient and friendly.
