I am obsess with this place! Every single person who works here are not only very kind and professional but very knowledgeable. The owner is such an amazing and sweet woman. She answers every question and give great advice on the colors and cuts. Danny is truly talented with his cuts and styling, each time he never disappoint. Everytime I bring a picture of what I want, it is always better than I imagine. My colorist was a master and very patient. The color came out incredible. Wendy whom washes my hair, I wish I can pay extra for extra time for how relaxed I was. There are language barriers but I promise you, I still feel like they did great in communicating and making sure you are satisfy with your hair.I been here for a little over 2 years and will always trust their team with my hair.

Got my first haircut at Atlanta here in August. I would say I spent $35 but got the worst hair cut in the past 10 years. The owner was very nice but the person who gave me the haircut didn’t get sufficient training. So I decided to move to a new salon after. It’s not cheap for a men haircut but extremely disappointed because of this.

As others mentioned, if it were possible to give a 0 star, I would. I have been here more than once spaced out over multiple months. Every single time has been the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life—even my mom’s haircuts when I was 10 were better. The core problem is that the stylist does not even take the time to listen to what you want. I called ahead to make sure I could get an appointment because I knew I needed a perm to achieve the hairstyle I was interested in. During the appointment call, they made no effort to ask me what I needed. When I arrived at the appointment, I showed the picture I was interested in. I wasn’t very impressed with the way my hair turned out. To be honest I don’t have high expectations to be fair since its my first time here but the way my hair turned out I can actually do better styling it myself. I have never seen my hair so frizzy! I gave it 3 stars because they tried to make me feel better and the lady in the front desk is really nice. But i don’t think I’ll come back here again. Sorry…

Rip off and Terrible customer service ! They rip you off when they can. I had long hair permed a couple of month ago, their charge was $120. I left generous tips. My 20 year old son went there, had his short hair permed, they charged him $160, just because my boy was too young and easy going. I reached out to get the issue resolved, the customer service keeps on arguing with me and gave me all kinds of excuses, refused to make it right. They are going to lose us as customers for sure. We will tell everyone we know not to go there anymore!
