If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Unprofessional business that blames the customer for not following up on their confirmation of appointments. Read several good reviews from this place and reached out for their free consultation. The original time that I suggested was booked so she responded with today at 11:30 and asked for my name. I gave it to her and then expressed my interest in getting a full service if she had the time. No response to that. Showing up early today, I walk into a dark hallway with several unlabeled rooms. No one to greet me or an indication that anyone is even there. I message back on WhatsApp confirming my arrival, no response.
