I went in for a manicure and nail color change. The service provider was nice, but the facility was not clean. I had to make sure the utensils were sanitized before use, which isn’t something a customer should have to worry about. This was the first time I’ve ever had my nails done without a towel or paper under my hands. While I wasn’t placing my hands directly on something dirty, it still felt unprofessional. The biggest issue was the quality of the manicure itself. My nails were left looking messy—you can still see my previous nail color on the sides, and the polish was not applied neatly or completely. I could have asked them to fix it, but part of the reason I went was to see the standard of work without needing corrections. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now, and it’s truly a hidden gem. It’s a small, Mom and Pop. It’s not the fanciest place, but what they offer in reliability, efficiency, and kindness more than makes up for it. They’re always there when I need them, especially for last-minute or walk-in appointments, which is a huge plus for a busy mom like me. My favorite nail tech is Jessica. Her work is always precise, and she consistently checks to make sure I’m happy with the results. I especially love how she does my eyebrows! If you’re looking for a no-fuss, dependable spot that respects your time and still delivers quality results, I highly recommend this salon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I recently visited Central Hair & Nails and was very disappointed with the service I received. Upon walking in, I requested a mani-pedi, only to be rudely told to "go sit down" by the guy at the desk. After waiting for over an hour with my earbuds in, he yelled “YO” at me to get my attention and directed me to the pedicure station. The lady who did my toes was kind, but she kept trying to upsell me to a more expensive pedicure package. Despite opting for a regular pedicure, the nail polish application was bumpy and uneven. When it came time for my manicure, they insisted I get the A&C treatment, which cost more and made the French tips I wanted difficult to achieve. I did several times of nail painting there, good quality and each time last about one and a half month. They are friendly and I really like my new nail paintings. I will recommend to each of my friend who wanna find a perfect place to do the nail painting. Ready for next time!

They are pushy which is always a bad sign. I just needed a 3 nails fixed, still took an hour. Yet it was a sloppy job. The woman laid the tip so badly, there's space under between my nail and the tip. She made a mess of glue on my hand, you can see the bump on my nail and she cut my finger with the filer. They really can't do ANC. I got tried once before and it was bad but this was an emergency. They kept pushing a gel manicure... but I won't be back.
