I wanted to do a return on a couple of products that were recommended to me by a sales associate. They said that they don’t do returns, exchange or give store credit for products that had been used. I only used the products twice. They said that they don’t accept returns on products that have been used once. I feel that costumers should be able to get refunds, exchanges or store credit. If that can’t be done, then they should make every costumer aware of it before they sell it. Especially if it’s something that we do in-fact need to use to know if we like the product or not. Another concern of mine is that when I walked in the sales person was on the phone and I had to wait five minutes for their conversation to be done to be helped.
