I bought monomer from here. It was 100% mma and not ema. It said no mma on the bottle and when i soaked it off, it was all gooey and sticky. There was no way it wasnt mma, i even posted it on tiktok and everyone said it was definitely mma. So idk dont buy from then here its ridiculous

I had a terrible experience at this nail supply store. Their shelves were nearly empty, and they had no real product selection. What little they did have seemed questionable—I seriously doubt their branded products are authentic, and I later found out they are not authorized resellers for many of the brands they carry. To make matters worse, when I tried to check out, a staff member took the card reader from me and manually entered charges without explanation. I was improperly charged, and they clearly didn’t know how to process a refund or correct the issue. The whole checkout process felt shady and unprofessional. There are many other nail supply stores with much better selections, genuine products, and staff who actually know what they’re doing. I won’t be back—and I recommend others

I’ve made purchases from the business a few times in the past. The quality of product was very hit or miss but I liked the convenient location and selection. After how I was treated today, I’ll never be back. The lady at the counter, who I think may be the owner, stopped me to ask me what I was looking for. I explained that I was looking for nonstick 3d sculpting gel for 3d nail art. She asked me what kind and I said “I’m not sure of a particular brand. Is there one you’d recommend?” I really just wanted to see their selection and decide for myself.… The lady cut me off and YELLED at me in front of everyone in the store and said “Well you should know! I am a licensed professional and beauty salon owner in East Providence and I come here all the time. I call my order in, and they always have my order ready for me when I arrive. Their prices are really great and it’s easy to locate what you are looking for. I keep coming back because they have great customer service.

Not worth anyones time. The store looks a mess. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. Staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. And if you’re looking for any 3D nail art products; they don’t have it !
