I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Centex Aerospace that compels me to share my grievances. After placing an order, I had to return an item, only to be informed that I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. This policy, while perhaps understandable in certain contexts, felt utterly unjustified given the circumstances of my return. However, the most egregious part of my experience was my interaction with Craig. His unprofessionalism was astounding. Instead of handling the situation with the courtesy one would expect, he outright stated that I had "wasted his time" with my order. This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Centex Aerospace has lost a customer, and I strongly advise others to reconsider doing business with a company that clearly

Recently, Gregory Barnes, owner of Centex Aerospace, treated one of our ABS members with disrespect. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We advise against buying from Centex Aerospace due to their lack of respect and professionalism. Choose a company that values its customers.
