I’ve been using Centerton Nails & Spa for more than 6 years. Joyce & her crew are wonderful! And, the newly remodeled space is beautiful!

Awful experience. My nails look horrible and I am not happy with the turnout. It also took an hour and a half, for this to the be the outcome. My hands are stained red from the dip powder. Would never go back. I just wanted red, with chrome. I also asked for almond shape, not sure what this is.

I got my nails done with dip powder on Sunday December 22, 2024 and they started chipping two days later. On Friday December 27th I went in to get them fixed. They wouldn’t listen when I said the number or that it was dipped powder not gel. After three times telling them it was dip powder and not gel I gave up and they “fixed” 7 of my 10 nails that broke. That night two of them broke again. I’m on day 5 since they “fixed” them and others have broke. I has in the military and got my nails done all the time with dip and never had this issue and I was rough on my nails during my military service. I recommend finding somewhere else they aren’t worth the money. I paid 70 and they lasted less than a week.

I have only used them one other time before today and now I see why. I went in on Thursday Dec 1st, for a fill in. I was there when the lady opened the doors, I ask did she take walk ins and she said yes. She placed me with a gentlemen that never said his name. The lady was taking care of one of her normal clients, and when a few others showed up is when this experience turned. First he keep tapping my finger with his file, instead of saying please keep your finger bent or straighten which ever he was tapping for. Second I was rushed around, he at one point would go to another lady and start to remove her nails/ polish, then back to me. My nails look okay from a distant but when your close you can see the mess that I left with. He ask if I had been there before and I stated it had b
