Centered Studios

I’ve enjoyed the prenatal yoga class here since Nov 2025, and I am near having my baby now! The instructors each have their own styles, from incorporating meditation to Pilates-inspired moves and self massage. Each week I felt more empowered and positive in regard to my pregnancy and yoga practice by the instructors and fellow students. Classes have recently been about 1-5 students. Mats and props are all in great, clean condition and available to use at the studio if you’d like. I decided to buy a larger pack of classes after trying a few, and the price is great value, about $12 each and you have a year to use them from the date of purchase. Instructors will suggest additional adjustments if needed throughout pregnancy. Highly recommend, and I’m looking forward to trying out more types of

I started attending yoga classes at Centered Studios over a year ago, and I have experienced multiple instructors. It doesn't matter if you are new or an experienced yogi- there is a place for you here at this studio. I have felt welcomed, included and challenged. I really love this intimate studio! I have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years (and quite picky with instructors, music, studio space, etc... ). I am very impressed with this studio. I would encourage you to come take a class.

Sweet and welcoming little studio. I really appreciated the water, gratitude cards, and community atmosphere as I came in. I enjoyed the variety of classes and different styles of teaching. I was delighted to find they offered lots of different props to support different styles of yoga. Loved the urban vibe of the train in the distance mixed with the peaceful coziness of the lovely interior. I love that they are able to offer a community class so yoga is accessible to everybody and every body.

A friend kept raving about Centered—the welcoming and inclusive community, convenient location, how it became part of her routine. I was skeptical, but now I’m a believer! I’ve joined just about every class—quiet morning, energizing weekend, candlelight, and hot. The instructors really stand out. They’re attentive, offer modifications when needed, and genuinely tailor classes to meet students where they are. Now it’s become my routine too, and now I’m the one doing the raving.

I always enjoy the time that I spend at Centered Studios. I have rekindled my love for yoga & always feel welcomed when I'm there. Every yoga teacher I've had there is lovely. They also provide massage & other wellness services. You'll love Centered Studios!
