HORRRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I went to get my pedicure done and i only do regular nail polish because i know my nail beds cant handle gel. I specifically requested it before i even got to a technician and they were already getting mad that it wasnt a gel pedicure. The process of the pedicure was painful. She cut my skin on the side removing my actual skin not cuticle because i started bleeding bad not once or twice more than probably 3 times.She also over filed my nails so much. Tthe same weekend 2 of my toe nails broke in half and most of them are already broken as of 2 weeks after. I did voice to her that it hurt and she kept going,!mind you the other technician next to her already told her something as well because she kept taking out a dropper of some sort to stop the bl

I seriously LOVE this salon, it's kind of a travesty I'm barely getting around to writing a review for them. A few months ago, I got my nails messed up at another nail salon in El Monte (not naming names). On top of that, the final result was hideous and not what I asked for at all. I thought they were damaged beyond repair, so I came here as a last resort to see if they could be salvaged. Tammy, a literal GODSEND, not only saved my nails from certain doom but made them look a MILLION times better using the last nail tech's crude handiwork. I was so happy, I straight up cried and thanked her a million times. She's been my go-to since then for everything: new sets, refills, even waxing. When in for a refill and the guy that messed them up did an over 2hr disgusting job I let him know I’m not happy and starts getting offensive .. Andrew is the only male there that does a good job. Simple French tip turned out a disaster.. definitely quality has gone down and equipment dirty

I used to love coming to this place, but lately it’s all about them. My official last time I went, I didn’t have an appointment never an issue but that day I really needed to take off a set. My nails are fragile! And I made sure he knew I kept telling him over and over, please be careful they are really thin. I suggested a soak off. He said he knew what he was doing it was easy and fast for him. Sure enough he cut my pinky’s nail in half. It was terrible! Blood everywhere. I wanted to walk away. But having a good relationship with another tech I let him finish. I then asked for a shiny buff…he said he didn’t know what that was that he had clear gel. 10$more he said. I laugh and laughed.

Amazing service. Everybody is so welcoming. Love the fact that Everybody is still following safely protocol. Super clean. 100% recommended
