Very nice quiet place to relax and learn. Teaches you about healing the body and your mind. A greatly needed and a wonderful service to people in our area, massage, yoga to psychological aspects as well.
I wish to thank Stephanie for the most amazing massage experience. From the tranquil setting at the Center for Body Balance, to her skill and expertise in delivering massage therapy, she understands exactly what my body requires to obtain relief. I have been rejuvenated and my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue relieved under her care. If you are searching for an excellent massage therapist, Stephanie is the key to better health. She definitely deserves a 5 star rating!
Best massage. Therapist is well trained and leaves me feeling truly renewed every visit. She is able to give adequate pressure, which is an absolute must for me. You won’t be disappointed.
