Celine Nail Spa

Joy did my gel x manicure today. I felt she was very experienced since she quickly got done. My shaping and application. I feel like the design came out like the reference with one small feedback of centering but she adjusted and was very friendly. Inside it feels decently clean, the tools didn't come out of sterile bags, but you could tell there was some level of organization of what was clean. My gelx set was 72 in cash. Negatives - The same file they used on me they used on the next girl so that was a little odd but I'm not familiar enough with getting nails done to know if that's hygienic or not.

I got a XL stiletto set with red jelly polish. It was super quick (60 mins)! The set is really crisp and clean. I will be coming back :)

When I first arrived the staff took a while to greet. The staff were all on looking down on their phones. The girl who did my pedicure was not friendly barely smiled and the water was cold after repeatedly asking her to warm up the water. The pedicure was mediocre at best. She was rude about me choosing color. rolling her eyes, no communication. The customer service at this nail spot it non existent. If you are looking for friendly service and a relaxing experience DO NOT COME here. There are plenty of other nail salons that greet customers with attention and have good attitudes and enjoy doing nails. Worst experience ever left upset and annoyed.

It was my first time ever getting nails done so I had absolutely no knowledge on the types of nails I could get. I believe the lady who helped me was named Helena. She was very patient with me and walked me through what might be a good option for a first timer. I wanted a design on my nails, I showed her a reference photo for the vibe I was going for (photo attached) and she NAILED IT (no pun intended). I absolutely love my nails. I would come back 100%
