I used to come here for all my haircuts but was unsatisfied with my latest haircut. I went in for a haircut only, asked for face framing layers and curtain bangs. It looks like she only gave me one layer and one side of my bangs is shorter than the other. Then she proceeded to style it so when I left the salon it looked great. She also charged me for the styling when I only asked for a haircut. However once I got home and showered my hair was completely botched. It was uneven and the layers were not blended in at all. I have very long hair and I can be a bit picky with who touches it. I needed a cut really bad. It was getting hard to manage as it is really thick as well. My appointment was with Christi and she listened to what I wanted. She's very sweet, patient, and understood what I wanted as I even showed her pictures. My hair was washed and cut within an hour. I can't thank you enough Christi! I Love my hair! Update! It's been 8 months and I was overdue for another cut. It's now May 2023, and this time I saw Karla and she did an AMAZING job on my hair. I 100% recommend her. She is the sweetest, very kind, showed her a picture of what I wanted and she came through for me, same day I called. When I left I told her I felt like a new woman! I walked in without an appointment and Karla, although busy, took care of me. She was very fast and the end result was really cute. Love my layers. Also quite affordable. I will definitely go back to Karla, and recommend to others.

Karla listened to what I wanted for my color. She provided options and ideas. I was very happy with the results.
