I just want to say how appreciative I am of how the team handled everything. I recently visited this salon, left a review with some concerns about my haircut. They reached out right away, worked around my schedule, and genuinely listened to what I wanted fixed. The stylist took their time reshaping my layers and face-framing pieces, and now my hair looks, if i may say, so chic!!! exactly the soft, flattering, even look I was hoping for. I left feeling taken care of and truly confident again. Thank you to the team for the professionalism, kindness, and for making sure I was happy with the final result. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and very professional — you can tell this is a place where they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. My hairstylist started the day with my haircut, and she was incredible. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and paid so much attention to detail. Jenna was wonderful. This was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. It was incredibly relaxing, but also educational and informative. She took the time to really understand my skin and explain a treatment plan that made sense for me. She’s kind, personable, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
