My daughter was verbally abused by the manager today simply for asking questions. The fact that he told her to get a job because she was asking pricing and degrading her is even more disturbing. I told her before never to shop here because of his unnecessary rude behavior. I had an encounter with this same ignorant person four years ago. He had the nerve to call me stupid. Totally uncalled for. I never been back since.

As a Black Woman, carrying a large black back, I guess I can’t possibly be coming into this store to spend my hard earned money here to purchase what I need, right? I AM CARRYING MY BOOKS, MY big brand new 2025 iPad, my purse and wallet inside!!!! I will never shop at this store again, even if it’s the last store open. This owner is despicable! Should he switch his focus to WELCOMING his customers in as they enter, instead of not hovering over them as they shop, maybe he would actually have a steady flow of customers daily. Additionally, he felt as if he was too good to lean in less than 1/2 a inch to accept my $20 bill while I held my bag with my knee, due to my wallet in my right hand and phone in my left… my hands were full. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I had a very upsetting experience at Cedar Beauty Supply. The asian man working there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. As he was bagging my items, I noticed he spit into his hand to open the shopping bag—something I found absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. When I called him out on it, he completely denied it and showed no concern. To make things worse, he handed me a pen to sign for my refund using the same hand. I couldn’t help but wonder what else he might have spit on. His attitude was ignorant, unprofessional, and lacking any basic customer service. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Very rude, i asked what is the most expensive price of human hair bundles over the phone & he started yelling at me like did something wrong . Horrible service & js rude for nothing

I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER HARD EARNED DOLLAR IN THIS STORE. Ever since he told his wife she couldn’t come back to work that store has gone down hill. His wife was so sweet but her husband is rude & pathetic. I asked him if I could bring my bike in the store. He laughed at me and said no bike and called himself flagging me away with his hands. Very humiliating and embarrassing. Disgusting. I’ve been coming there since I was a child but never ever again. I refuse to support businesses with bad customer service.
