Cecy's Hair Salon

Cecy has been my stylist for 10 years and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s excellent at haircuts, highlights/color, and waxing—Cecy is proud of her craft and her skill and artistry is top-notch. Vallejo is lucky to have Cecy and her family in our community! And she’s a terrific person.

Great experience, Jazmine did an amazing job capturing what I wanted my hair to look like. All the staff was very sweet and welcoming. I loved the family own vibe that they gave and I definitely would recommend anyone to come to this salon. Jazmine did and excellent job!

Absolutely obsessed with this place even after just one visit. Cecy is incredibly kind first and foremost. On top of that, she is very talented. She gave me exactly what I wanted but took my hair into account to make it look great. The card machine was down and she was so sweet to let me pay later. You aren't going to find this level of skill + hospitality anywhere else, especially for the price. This will be my go-to salon from now on!

I absolutely adore Cecy! I moved to Vallejo 5 years ago and never found a decent hair salon. I have very thick and long hair, she did a beautiful style and I definitely will be coming back for my next cut ✂️ or trim. She's a lovely woman. I'm so glad I found her!!!
