Customer service was terrible, not sure if they were having a bad day but they were not polite. Got a men’s mani & pedi and was charged extra $5 (each) to get buff. The lady also cut my cuticles 2 separate times which caused bleeding. I’ve had way better service elsewhere. Lastly, it’s 2025 the pedicure basin should be covered with plastic.

I went her for the first time last week. I got service right away the woman were nice and friendly. And the prices are great the only thing is my nail polish started peeling a week later. But overall I’ll try them again because of the customer service.

Kareem the barber is a fantastic artist and professional hairstylist . He has over 20 years in the game and can cut and design any style upon request. He crafted a Knicks logo(hair tattoo) for me upon immediate request. Amazing job, I recommend him to anyone!!!!
