I met Cecilia 21 years ago in another beauty salon when I moved to CT. From the first time she did my hair, her care and quality of service was above and beyond. I have 4C hair and I had a perm at the time but I entrusted her to care for my 2 young daughters natural hair as well (when being natural wasnt popular). We have all followed her along her salon journey. We haven't trusted anyone else in our natural hair since, and now her salon is 99% natural girlies with healthy, shiny and bouncy hair.

My first time trying out Cecilia’s salon and I had to make a review. From the moment I stepped in she made me feel so welcome and got me started asap. I was on a time crunch and she finished on time less than 2 hours!!!! She did such an amazing job and great price for wash and set. I will definitely be returning

For those of you like me who loves getting your hair washed, conditioned, you will understand just how much I love getting loved on at this place! The location is convenient being accessible to most highways, downtown, the Yale University And Hospital. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable about natural hair, and the importance of moisturizer and conditioner. I can't say enough about how sweet Cecelia is and how she goes the extra mile to make you feel special.

I have been going to Cecilia’s hair salon for almost 12 years and every time I have had an amazing experience. She truly cares about the health of your hair and longevity. My hair has grown tremendously and even after having my daughter and it started to thin, she brought it back to life. She’s very patient, kind and a blessing to her clients. Highly recommend going to see her. She even has an awesome deli she owns next door if you get hungry while getting your hair done :)
