Hack job salon. Flooded the cuticle on every single nail of my gel pedicure. Salon is dirty and smells strongly of MMA. Worker was loudly complaining about younger clients paying with with their phones and “having no work ethic”. Unprofessional

All the staff at CeCe Nails go over & above for what I ask to have done to my nails “both fingers & toes” extreme service.

This is the ONLY place I go to in all of Oneida County. I constantly get compliments! I love them so much and they last so long! Edit: I got my nails done for my vacation to Vegas and I cant begin to tell you how many people STOPPED me and asked where I got my nails done. I quote, "You canNOT find nails like THAT anywhere around here. I've been looking for so long for a place that does nails like that."

This was my first time getting acrylics and the girl doing them was so nice. She offered suggestions to keep the design similar to the photo and was patient with me not fully knowing the process. Great place and will definitely be back if I'm back in Rome!
