I've never written a review before but my experience here was so poor I felt like I had to. Firstly, the haircuts were of middling quality and inconsistent, with some cuts being quite uneven, but that wouldn't have warranted this review on its own. What was really bad however, was that I came here multiple times and booked an appointment each time, thinking I would give it another chance each time. However, every single time I went Connie would prioritize walk-ins over me despite my appointment and so my 30 minute haircut time would end up being doubled due to waiting. She would act semi-apologetic but never sincerely apologized at all or changed her behavior. She also seemingly double-booked at times too since sometimes someone would walk in and she would know exactly who they were, what

I'm always happy with the haircut and the professional service of this studio. Connie is kind, caring, and thoughtful in every interaction. She is a talented and devoted stylist that takes the time to make your haircut perfect. Highly recommended.

Connie Chen is the best hairdresser! She is so accommodating, patient, talented, flexible, and professional. She really cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond to meet their needs and requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I used to hate getting a haircut until I met Connie! She is very talented, flexible, attentive, personable, warmth, customer and detail oriented. I've corse, long, somewhat between wavy and straight hair that no hairstylists has ever mastered it BUT Connie did! I came out of the salon feeling amazing every time. Her dedication will make you feel like VIP and I feel very safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend Connie to anyone.

Things I liked about Connie. Listened to what I wanted. Didn’t try to convince me to dye my grey hair or some other add on. Adapted the cut for how much time I’m willing to spend to fix my hair. Showers you with compliments. Shows genuine interest in your family. Takes her time to make the cut just right. Had incredibly reasonable prices. Took covid precautions seriously. And this was just my first time in her shop. Looking forward to future visits!
