I recently visited CB Luxe Hair Studio for a cut and color, specifically with Santana, based on positive reviews and recommendations. However, my experience was far from what I expected for a 1-star rating. Lack of Attention to Detail: From the start, Santana seemed rushed. My consultation felt like a formality rather than a meaningful discussion about my hair goals. The cut was uneven, and the color turned out patchy, which was not at all what we discussed. Customer Service: The atmosphere was unwelcoming. Santana was more focused on chatting with colleagues than engaging with me, the client. This establishment is beautiful! I was so excited to see my favorite hair stylist doing hair back in South Carolina! Most people would not share but I do not mind. I am doing chemo and did the "BIG CHOP"!!!! My parents cut my hair and I looked like Biggie Smalls! Haha! I reached out to her, Santana, to see if she could fix me up! The thing I have always loved is she always tells me the truth with my hair! She brought back total confidence in myself this evening! All in all this shop is awesome! My older Mother loved it! She loved it so much she was still talking about it on the way home!!! This place will play your Netflix show too...and refreshments are elite!!!!! Its worth the travel!!! The salon was absolutely gorgeous! Santana did my daughter’s hair for prom and she was so personable, efficient and made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back to see her and recommending the salon to friends.
