They had everything u could think of there. Also, I've never seen an advisor, someone who can actually help u pick the hair u need depending on what ur trying to do. The assistant, she was excellent. I will go back just so I can talk to her on how to figure out my next hair style.

Went to store I brought a wig the older man ran my cash app card he took awhile then said go over there which was the next register he ran my card again and it declined I check my card and text messages if you have ancash app card you will receive messages about what you purchased. I Got a message said I spent $40.95 then another said 40.95 was declined. The older man received my payment I showed it to the younger guy he did not care.I filed a claim with cash app but my claim was denied because they said the store receive the $40.95. Beware of this store they are theives and need to be shut down. And I might work on that I'm going to better business burea first. And yes Cathy beauty you know who I Am yall are stealing customers money

I’ve shopped here for years. I recently encountered this dishonest behavior. You must be careful and check products carefully before purchasing. If you purchase long hair, it will be switched for short, so that you must come back. Can you imagine how I felt when I purchased 18 inches only to discover I had three inches, I had a event. They keep everything behind the elevated counter until paid, so you cannot see what you are buying. Once hair is selected it’s carried to the front register. My eighteen inch lace-front was a three inch lace-front. Everything is expensive so to be scammed when every dime counts is horrible and hurts. You will be told all sales are final, and times are difficult. The pandemic has created some dishonest people.

I love this store I haven't been here in a while but I plan to come back very soon great customer service so friendly and kind they should really think about changing location because they do encounter alot of shoplifting and I have seen rude ppl go in there before, some of the negative reviews here I cant believe, if your in Stockton or surrounding areas stop by here if you want friendly customer service 😊

i walked in the store and was looking around. the dude came up to me and told me to get out and that im not allowed back in. like what was i doing wrong. would not go back there again!
