Had a great experience with Cathy she did my nails and I loved them! She listened to everything I asked for. My pedicure was mediocre, I’ve had better… (I’m very picky with my toes) but the people were very nice. I’ll definitely go back

Why do I need to tip them when I already paid the full price without complaint. The man does a poor job, I told him that I wanted my nails to be done in a simple fashion, but he wanted to put French tips with design on it to charge me $80. He seemed mad and did a poor job with my nails. I left, the next day, the acrylic broke off of my nail. I went back and he wanted to charge me to fix it. He didn’t even Brush my hands off. He didn’t tell me where to go get my hands brushed off. He just did a poor job then wanted to send me away.it seems as thought if he’s not doing a huge job he’s mad. Even had the nerve to ask me for a tip?????

I had an amazing experience the pedicure was amazing and really really nice service and the manicure was awesome - yes it’s very expensive compared to other places but the good quality of service compensates the price - I want to come back but the prices are very high for me and the tip is the issue too much money

I was getting a pedicure and the lady wasnt paying attention while filing down a callus. She rubbed the skin right off of my big toe causing me to bleed and an abrasion on my big toe. They tried to act like it wasn’t a big deal and also tried to to charge me. I forgot the ladys name who was responsible. I could get into more detail but bottom line i would never go back.
