Catherine is incredible!! This was my first time going and she made me feel so comfortable. Her energy is welcoming and inviting. The hair style is a 10/10!! I got knotless boho braids using only human hair. They came out perfect!! Better than the photo I showed her! She will be my new stylist when I move to the area. Please tip her always! She stood for hours. When I came in she was doing someone else’s hair. I thought she would take a break… she went right into doing my hair for hours. I can’t believe how perfect my hair is. Thank you Catherine!!! My family loves it!! 🙏🏾💖

Catherine has been braiding my hair for over 10 years. I will only go to her. Whenever I went to a different African hair braiding hair stylist, I was deeply disappointed with the price and visit as a whole. Catherine's very professional all the time. I highly recommend Catherine African Hair Braiding. She does the best braids. She doesn't waste time. No fooling around. She's there at the time agreed upon. She doesn't take all day.

Possibly one of the worst hairstyles I’ve ever had, I tried to be reasonable, but I feel like if she didn’t know how to do the job, she could’ve declined my service instead of messing up my hair. I’m five months and a half pregnant so yes, it’s just taking a toll on me. Don’t go here.

Catherine always does a great job on my hair. It is never too tight and she never puts too much tension on my edges. She is very professional and polite and takes her time with me on every hairstyle I choose. I am so happy for her services

My wife called about having crochet braids put into her hair. She was never told about this businesses policy in regards to up front payment in full. She was also never told she would need to pay in cash or she would have extra charges for her service. I would have made sure to stop and take money out on the way from the ATM. Most businesses would have extended some degree of courtesy for at least the fee for using a card when paying. Not to mention offer an apology for not making these policies clear, no matter the reason. Any good business strives to do everything they can to get return business. A bad experience for a customer should simply be a challenge to overcome, not something to dismiss. While you can’t make everyone happy, an effort is necessary for real success.
