Catalyst is beautifully designed and has everything I need—from quiet corners to collaborative areas. The location is super convenient, and the atmosphere feels professional without being stuffy. Co-working spaces are perfect for small businesses.

My company moved into Catalyst a couple of months ago from another coworking space, and - holy moly this place is awesome! To start with, the space is beautiful. On top of that, the tentant community staff - Corinne and Theresa - are so helpful, creative and accommodating. The other tenants in the community drive energy and connection. We couldn't be more happy with our relocation!

The Catalyst building is where business, community, and convenience come together — all under one roof! The historic Omaha Steel Works on the UNMC campus, offers flexible workspaces and top-tier amenities — including offices, co-working areas, fitness room, event space, coffee shop, and a brewery. This is a must see!

Jaw dropping space. Really pleased with how they preserved the history of the building throughout construction. Something Omaha has needed for some time. Great spot for my future 1:1s w/ clients, and referral partners. The nice little coffee shop once you walk in is just a sliver of what this building has to offer! Looking forward to Big Grove Brewery to open to add yet another amenity to this building!

Fantastic experience! The amenities are top-notch—gym, rooftop area, co-working spaces, all impeccably maintained. The tour was smooth and informative; Corinne was friendly, professional, and really knew her stuff. The location can’t be beat—close to restaurants, shops, transit, and parks. Perfect for anyone looking for modern, upscale city office space. Highly recommend!
