Castor Dental Care

Last Tuesday, I had a cavity filled by a most kind, personable, and professional Dentist. She checked on my comfort before, during, and at the end of the procedure. She also completed the procedure for me so that I had no pain and was done with precision and efficiency. The Dental Assistant was helpful, kind and professional, as well as the rest of the staff in the office. I have been going here for me dental needs since 2017, and am most pleased and happy with the treatment and with all the staff in this office. The location is also very good!

The office called me to ask if I was available for an earlier appointment the same day (yay, I was!). I arrived a few minutes before my [new] appointment. The hygienist took me back on time. The water pic part was a little messy, but the tech was nice, and apologetic (about the mess), and gave me her assessment. Dentist did his exam, and gave his assessment. A new appointment was made on the spot. I was in and out quickly.

Dr.Joe is awesome! I came in last minute for an emergency appointment after a filling fell out and he was able to squeeze me! He did a great job fixing it quickly for me!

I had a great experience at Castor Dental, and I typically do not have good experiences at the dentist. The front desk staff was patient and helpful. The dentist and assistant were so kind, informative, and gentle. The dentist even made sure to check the procedures she recommended were covered by my insurance. All around great experience.

I was referred by my sister, at 1st I enjoyed coming to this office. Only thing that made me slightly nervous was the Dr. was in and out and I get it because this office is extremely busy but I felt my work was being rushed. I got two root canals done here and shortly after I was experiencing discomfort and bleeding from my gums only on the TWO teeth that my dentist did root canals on! For almost a year I complained on why on the two teeth I got work on I’m constantly having pain and bleeding. My dentist scheduled two different deep cleaning for my teeth and ruled out that I have gingivitis even though I told him I never had this problem before. I’m only having this problem now on the two teeth that he worked on, they took x-rays and nothing was found. I want ahead and saw a specialist, I
