So it started off well with a pedicure and ended in a nightmare with my so-called dip powder manicure. As the lady was working on my nails, I stopped her and questioned the thickness! She assured me she was no where near finished and they would look beautiful! Well, when she finished, they looked horrible!!! I complained and she kept trying to fix them to no avail. Needless to say I was pissed!!! How my thumb look like a big toe? My thoughts... If you don't know what you're doing, don't touch the job. She had the nerve to say it was my finger...smh! While I there it was another lady complaining as well about her regular gel manicure. After I get outside, I realize the pedicure is a mess as well. They don't know what they're doing and very sloppy with their work!!! I also question their c

Just avoid coming here. I got my nails done and the polish was so bad and the job was like a 5 year old painted my nails. I had her go back and fix it but still once I was about to leave, the polish smudged I told her to just remove it. They still charged me full price which is a damn shame. My toe polish smudged as well, I don’t even want to do back to fix it, I fixed it at home.

Go else where !!!!! Disgusting place in so many ways. Tools are not cleaned whatsoever. The technician if I can even call him that seems more more like a family member who they hired to do nails. Did not disinfect his hands or mine before starting although it clearly states to do so. When I ask he said no. When he pulled the cuticle cutters out of the sterilizing machine it was filled with old skin from someone else. He was going to begin using it before I stopped him. He apologized clean the gunk of skin off and poured alcohol on it. He did my manicure in like 5 mins and painted like a 5 year old and was really combative when I pointed out the messy paint job. Soak off was fine until a lady started to do my nails… the tips are so big i look like i have teeth for nails and they are so uneven… this was my only hope for my graduation but im not coming back to this place… the lady was also rude and verbally aggressive also and i should have just left.. please go here at your own risk. 😞
