I don’t usually get facials, but I recently tried one at Castle Hill Eyebrow Threading Inc with Eva, and it was a great experience. My skin felt fresh, clean, and noticeably smoother afterward. Eva was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. What I really appreciate is how welcoming and respectful the staff are—it’s a place you feel at ease in. My family has been coming here for years, and now I see why. The service is always consistent, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend it to any guy looking to take better care of his skin.

I’ve been going to Castle Hill Eyebrow Threading Inc with Eva for the past two years, and it’s truly my go-to place for all things beauty. Eva is amazing—she always gets my eyebrows just right, clean and perfectly shaped every time. I recently got a haircut and color as well, and I absolutely loved how it turned out. She really listens to what I want and makes sure I’m happy with the results. The customer service is always top-notch—everyone there is so welcoming, friendly, and understanding. I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows or hair!

Always welcoming and provide great services. Extremely happy with my eyebrow shaping, face wax, haircut, style and botox treatment. Never again, The shorter darker lady that does the lashes and brows done both for me. My brows are beautiful, my lashes🤦🏾‍♀️🙄 first off I had to tell her several times to sanitize her hands my eyes are sensitive, she would do it then proceeded to touch other clients and items including the door and try to do my lashes I kept saying something I saw her touch the other client eyes after touching mine eyes and the front door 😳 she did my lashes tight, and on the pink meat that everytime I close my eyes it burns I’m trying bad to take them off, I’m not going back and they won’t give me back my 51 dollar refund. Lesson learned I have a star on my eye now and it’s swallow. Idk, I noticed also the lighter customers get a better experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I don’t mean any disrespect, I know the aunty is trying her best. But there’s lots of other shops that do eyebrow threading and you should try those instead. I recently stopped by and a threading that takes 5 minutes took 15. I know my eyebrow hairs are a little wonky, but she made me use both hands to hold my eyebrow in place? So now my eyebrows look like Nike swooshes. The hand placement made my eyebrows pointy triangles. I had to go home and tweeze off those corners so that they can be their natural round shape. I also got an upper lip wax and some of the wax ended up on my actual lip. Not to mention, the thread used was cheap. Which is probably why it took longer the thread broke 10 times and my eyebrow hairs are nowhere near thick. Maybe invest in better thread?
