Cash Boy Cut Barbershop

Unfortunately, the hours online are not correct. Today, Saturday July 31st, I called the store when I realized the door was locked. The guy on the phone exclaimed they open at 12:30pm. I asked if they take appointments (I had already scheduled an 11:45am) He told me just walk ins.... If you can get a cut here, hopefully it's great. There is clearly no intention to utilize scheduling or the info online. **After Cut** I was fortunate my barber was Reggie. This review has nothing to do with him. As you can see from the petty owner response, this is an upper management issue.

I was hopeful for this place. Seriously let down. Booked a 9 am appointment, received a link from some weird site that wouldn’t even let me double check the appointment. I arrived at the the shop, no one was there (despite being listed as opening at 9). Called number listed here and the guy told me he couldn’t get in till 11 and gave me someone else’s number. That individual also had no openings and hung up in my face. Neither of the people I talked to knew anything about the site I was directed to, despite it being linked to their webpage. Don’t know what’s going on here but they won’t last long if this is what they are doing. They aren’t on the same page, don’t have customer service, and don’t even open on time. Great environment and great experience. Busy but there is always time to get you cleaned up. Just be patient, it's worth the wait.
