Sally is amazing—one of the best body massages I’ve ever had. She is highly skilled, attentive, and truly understands how to release tension. I always feel completely relaxed and refreshed afterward. She also provides excellent 산후 마사지 (postpartum massage). I’ve been going to Sally for almost 10 years, and I highly recommend her!

I was referred to Cascade Spa from a friend, and I just came back from 1.5 hour massage by Sally. Massage included back massage using feet (standing up on my back with a pole over the ceiling), and other methods, everything was sooo good, i have so many issues so i really needed that kind of a deep tissue massage. I really liked the cupping (massage) she did as well, it was very warm and went deep into my hardened muscles. I have shoulder impingement that turned into frozen shoulder and I can tell my shoulder is alot better from one session.. so upon walking out , I booked another session for next week. I can't wait to bring my dad here as well. I just wish i knew about it sooner! I highly recommend for anyone in need of an AMAZING massage! Sally also does facials too, so I may try tha

I'm getting weekly facial and body care from the cascade spa. Sally has a very professional and caring service. Every week, my body and face are in stable condition due to good service, and I've had a lot of recoveries from the facial injuries from the fall four years ago, and now I'm almost as clean as any other facial part. The salon is very clean, chemical-free, and eco-friendly. In the future, I'll continue to get constant care through the cascade spa, which keeps me waiting and looking forward to every week.👍👍👍
